Hi! I'm Keisha. I am a strategy and communications professional with over a decade of cross-sector experience spanning financial services, education, healthcare, and mission-driven organizations, including private museums. My work focuses on understanding human behavior and translating insight into clear, practical strategy.
I do not position myself as a hyper-specialist or a business guru, by design. I pursued an MBA to gain fluency in how organizations actually operate, how decisions are made, and how strategy turns into execution. My strength lies in synthesis. I connect emotional intelligence, cultural context, and operational clarity to help organizations communicate more effectively and make better decisions.
My current focus includes neuromarketing, social listening, and cultural insight. I am deeply interested in why people respond the way they do, how attention and perception shape behavior, and how meaning, narrative, and trust influence outcomes. This lens allows me to support organizations in developing messaging, strategy, and initiatives that feel grounded, human, and effective.
I am intentionally building a slower, more thoughtful professional practice rooted in clear thinking, honest communication, and work designed to stand the test of time.
Outside of my professional work, I enjoy exploring used bookstores, fishing and crabbing with my family, playing PC games, and experimenting in the kitchen. I am a lifelong learner, creative thinker, and lover of stories in all forms, especially the ways meaning shows up in behavior, film, literature, and culture.
I partner with organizations and leaders who need a sharp, steady collaborator to help move ideas forward with care and precision. My work is a mix of strategy, communication, and execution.
Core areas of support include:
Project & Event Management — planning, coordination, and delivery for complex, mission-driven initiatives
Communication Strategy — shaping ideas from conception through execution, including messaging, storytelling, and stakeholder alignment
Whether you need a consultant, a strategic partner, or a fresh perspective, let’s connect.
